SA Superthick Discs in Metal Bond
The SA Superathick Metal bond discs are one of our oldest and best performing metal tools for floor grinding. They work excellent on concrete as well as natural stone floors, providing a fast cut, refined scratch pattern and long tool life.
The SA metal discs are offered in two styles:
-> With velcro backing for wet applications only - attach them to the velcro / foam plates. Available in 3-inch and 4-inch size.
-> With a quickchange attachment for dry applications - attach them directly to the metal grinding plates. Available in 3-inch.
Metal and Copper Rings
These metal bond rings are an aggressive solution for removing lippage and deep scratches in natural stone surfaces, such as granite, marble, travertine, and others. They are not recommended for concrete or engineered stone.
Offered in 3 and 4 inch sizes, in 46, 70 and 120 grit.
Flexible Electroplated Pads
These flexible electroplated pads are designed for fine grinding and honing, and they work best on softer natural stones such as marble, travertine, limestone, and onyx. They may be mounted on various floor grinding machines, or handheld grinders for corner work.
Available in a wide variety of sizes - 3", 4", 5", 7". If you require a size that is not listed here, please contact us.
Spiral Polishing Pads
Superabrasive's Spiral resin pads are an excellent tooling choice for polishing natural stone floors. Their spiral pattern enables water to efficiently dispose of slurry, keeping the working surface clean. They are offerd with two slightly different spiral patterns: the standard spiral pattern is designed for medium to softer stones, such as marble, travertine, onyx, and limestone, and the wide channel pattern with a larger footprint is more appropriate for harder stone such as granite. The Spiral resin pads are velcro backed and should be used wet only! For dry polishing, you can try the thermo-resistant resin bonded T-Bone or Nato pads instead.
